Stone Row
Schist
The two uprights of this Stone Row are two hundred metres apart and very different in character. Whilst the northern stone is now just a one metre high stump, the other reaches the dizzy height of five metres with a slender, elegant profile. Not far from the north shore, the salty air has encouraged the growth of small clumps of fruticose lichen on the upper half of both stones.
